The hotel offers a below 5-star experience with rooms located miles apart on different levels. The front door experience with excessive sanitizer may not be pleasant, but the helpful and friendly service remains a highlight.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but the restrictions on alcohol hours and the noise from the nearby Italian restaurant were a bit bothersome. The front door also sprayed sanitizer on me, which was not ideal, and there were issues with hot water availability.

The rooms were very nice and clean, but I didn't like that alcohol wasn't available between 11 PM and 11 AM. They were right in front of the Italian restaurant, so it got pretty noisy. Also, the front door sprayed sanitizer, which was inconvenient. Hot water was also inconsistent.

The service was a bit mixed. While some staff members were recognized for their outstanding work, others were a bit rude and unresponsive to complaints.

The location of the hotel is the good side. It's near bars and discotheques, under the Palapa, and close to Turtle Bay. However, it can get noisy with the daily Miranda activities.
